Easter Spend & Save 2019 Offer Terms
- Offer Period:
Start date: 01/04/2019 (during store trading hours)
End date: 18/04/2019 (during store trading hours)
- Offer is only open to registered IGA Rewards program members (Members) who:
- joined IGA Rewards before 18 March 2019;
- maintain their IGA Rewards membership until the end of the Offer Period;
- have received a Easter Spend & Save email from IGA Rewards inviting them to participate in the Offer (Spend & Save Offer Email);
- meet the minimum spend requirements described in their personalised Spend & Save Offer Email; and
- redeem the Offer during their primary store’s trading hours between 08/04/2019 to 18/04/2019 (Redemption Period); and
- otherwise comply with these Offer Terms.
- Offer is personal to each email recipient Member. Offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Offer can only be redeemed once during the Redemption Period.
- IGA Rewards reserves the right to disqualify, or exclude from future offers, any person who breaches these Terms or who manipulates, seeks to manipulate or benefits from manipulating the eligibility requirements or the qualification or redemption of the Offer.
- Qualification process: To qualify for the Offer Member must, during the Offer Period, complete the following steps at their primary IGA store (i.e. the store that the Member nominated as their primary store at the time that they registered to participate in the IGA Rewards program):
- Step 1: Spend the qualifying ‘spend’ amount specified in their personalised Spend & Save Offer Email on eligible products (see clause 9 for exclusions) in one transaction, at their primary IGA store (during store trading hours) in the period 01/04/2019 to 07/04/2019 and scan their IGA Rewards Card (Qualifying Shop 1).
- Step 2: Once Qualifying Shop 1 is complete, Member will receive an email (from Monday 8th April 2019*) containing instructions and a personalised barcode offering a discount off their next qualifying transaction at their primary IGA store (Spend & Save Redemption Email).
*Please note that there may be a transactional delay of up to 4 working days, which may result in the Member’s Spend & Save Redemption Email being sent later in the week.
- Step 3: Spend the stipulated qualifying ‘spend’ amount on eligible products (see clause 9 for exclusions) in one transaction at their primary IGA store (during store trading hours) during the Redemption Period (Qualifying Shop 2).
- Redemption process: To redeem their discount, the Member must do the following:
- Retain a copy of the personalised Spend & Save Redemption Email;
- Present the Spend & Save Redemption Email (either in print out or on their phone) to staff when making Qualifying Shop 2; and
- Scan their IGA Rewards Card when making Qualifying Shop 2.
When the above steps have been followed, the Member will instantly receive the stipulated ‘save’ discount, which will be automatically applied against Qualifying Shop 2.
- Member acknowledges that the personalised ‘spend and save’ barcode in the Spend & Save Redemption Email is only valid for one use during the Offer Period.
- In participating in this Offer, Members acknowledge the following:
- Tobacco and tobacco related products, gift cards and iTunes cards are excluded from calculating the qualifying ‘spends’ and cannot be purchased on redemption of the ‘save’;
- The qualifying ‘spend’ amounts are calculated after any savings, discounts or vouchers have been applied;
- This Offer cannot be redeemed online; and
- If a Member returns or refunds any goods included in a qualifying transaction, so that the transaction falls below the qualifying ‘spend’ amount, the transaction will no longer be a qualifying transaction for the purposes of the Offer.
- If the Offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of IGA Rewards, IGA Rewards reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Offer or to disqualify a Member from the Offer and/or future offers, as appropriate.
- If there is a dispute as to the identity of the Member, IGA Rewards reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine the identity of the Member.
- Spend and Save discount barcodes used after 18/04/2019 will not be accepted, unless there has been a delay in sending the Spend & Save Redemption Email, in which case IGA Rewards may in its absolute discretion agree to extend the Redemption Period for affected Members.
- If part or all of any clause of these Terms is unenforceable, it will be severed, and the balance of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and each Member agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
