This soft and flavourful Lebanese bread is simple to prepare and compliments any filling.
- Preheat oven 180C. Brush 2 rounds of Lebanese bread with olive oil and crushed garlic.
- Cut into wedges and place, in a single layer, on a baking tray. Bake for 7 minutes or until lightly golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle with a pinch of cracked pepper.
