Substitute the cinnamon for Baileys Irish Crème Liqueur, for a divine adult variation.
250g sour cream
1½ tbs brown sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Place the first three ingredients into a bowl and mix well to combine. Cover with cling wrap.
- Chill for at least 2 hours prior to serving to allow flavours time to develop.
- Serve with a big bowl of fresh, ripe strawberries.
