Ingredients
300ml thickened cream
1 cup icing sugar
1kg red ripe strawberries
¼ cup chocolate hearts or choc chips
Method
- Into a blender place all the ingredients except the chocolate hearts.
- Blend together until a beautiful thick, creamy pink soft-serve results.
- Pour the mixture into a sealable container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
