Ingredients
500g beef mince
3 eggs
¾ cup (100g) breadcrumbs
1/3 cup (90g) tomato paste (reserve 1 tbsp)
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients and season well with sea salt and cracked pepper.
- Into the base of a loaf tin, spread the reserved tomato paste. Spoon the mince mixture into the tin.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Remove from the oven and let sit for 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
